Machinery Row's first floor has five large units that offer street-level
access and windows providing views to both the North and the South of the
building. Handicap accessible entrance.
Machinery Row's second floor contains twelve units. Most of these units offer
excellent views of either Lake Monona to the South or downtown Madison to the North.
